6.5 dpf4u does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which dpf4u accepts no responsibility.
All player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from dpf4u's operational funds. This means your balance is protected even in the unlikely event of operational disruption.
7.1 All bonus offers and promotions made available by dpf4u are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general terms set out in this clause. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 dpf4u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and accepted by a player will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
7.4 Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonuses, collusion between players, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent account closure.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dpf4u platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where dpf4u reasonably suspects a breach of this clause, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and — if the breach is confirmed — permanently close the account and forfeit any balance remaining.
9.1 All content on the dpf4u platform — including but not limited to software, website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio and visual elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of dpf4u or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database rights law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of dpf4u intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dpf4u shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings; (c) interruption of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond dpf4u's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers.
10.2 dpf4u's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dpf4u's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.4 The dpf4u platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous platform availability, we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11.1 dpf4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players must be aged 21 or above to use the platform. Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings.

12.1 dpf4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) the account is subject to a fraud or money laundering investigation; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised; (d) the player is found to be in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (e) the account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
12.2 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dpf4u support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.3 Where an account is closed by dpf4u due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in full, subject to applicable law.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dpf4u holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the dpf4u platform shall first be submitted to dpf4u's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
13.3 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
14.1 dpf4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or licensing obligation, in which case immediate effect may apply.
14.2 Your continued use of the dpf4u platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
